July TBR Pile

Hey guys! I know this is late, but I've seen a lot of bloggers doing this each month and I wanted to join in on the fun! As you may know, I've had a list of ten posted on my sidebar since May. It's the same one. It's a list of books currently in my TBR pile to read ASAP.

A lot of people have asked what I'll be trying to read each month, so I'm finally making a TBR pile for the month. I'll keep my list of ten up because it helps me mark off some books off my list, and I'll be making a new one shortly, but I'll add the number of books I hope to read by the end of the month.

Each month I try to read at least one book over the amount of books I read during that same month last year. In July 2011, I read 8 books. So my goal for this month is to read at least 9 books. =) Since my goal this month is at least  9 books, I will only post 9 books that I hope to get to this month.

I'm currently reading Forgiven, by Jana Oliver. I haven't finished a book this month yet, haven't been reading much. Here is my TBR pile for the rest of the month!

  1. Looking for Alaska, by John Green (Had to send back to library, will re-check it out!)
  2. Suite Scarlett, by Maureen Johnson --Finished on 7/11
  3. Graceling, by Kristin Cashore   (Can't get into it on eBook for some reason, going to check it out in physical form ASAP.)
  4. Enchanted, by Alethea Kontis  (Can't get into this right now, I will try it at another time.)
  5. The Book of Blood and Shadow, by Robin Wasserman
  6. Fever, by Lauren DeStefano
  7. The Golden Lily, by Richelle Mead
  8. Passion, by Lauren Kate
  9. Timepiece, by Myra McEntire

  3. That's a really good list! I've just finished DeStefano's Fever, so I'm interested to see what you think of it. And today at the library I picked up Looking for Alaska, which I'm really excited to get to.

    Happy reading!

    1. Ever since finishing Wither, I've been dying to read Fever! I bought it right after, but just haven't had the time to read it yet. Been reading other books in my piles.

I'm not going to get to read Looking For Alaska right now. I had to let it go back to the library. I'm going to re-check it out sometime soon though. =D

Can't wait to see what you think!
